We pull claim records directly from BLM LR2000 and state recorder databases. Data is verified at the time of report generation. However, we always recommend confirming claim status with the local BLM field office before filing, as records can update between our report date and your filing date.
Absolutely. If you start with a Prospect Scout and want deeper analysis, you can upgrade to Gold Strike or Claim Commander. We'll credit your original purchase toward the higher tier, so you only pay the difference plus any add-on fees.
All reports are delivered as high-resolution PDF documents via email. Tier 3 Claim Commander also includes interactive KMZ files compatible with Google Earth, plus a scheduled 60-minute video consultation to walk through your findings.
We do not file claims for you, but Tier 3 includes a detailed BLM filing checklist, recommended legal descriptions, and guidance on the staking and recording process. We can also recommend attorneys who specialize in mining law if you need full-service filing.
